At Ortegal Máxico, we understand the importance of having high-quality images for various purposes. Therefore, we offer the sale of commercial and personal rights to our photographs, adapting to the specific needs of our clients. Below, we detail the different uses and the associated prices:
Personal Use License.
Our small images (1300 px) are perfect for increasing the attractiveness of your blog posts or Social Media. These photos not only beautify your content, but also tell a story and capture the attention of your audience. This use is intended for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Price: 1.5€ (VAT included) per image:
1. Download and Rights:
After confirmation of payment of 1.5€ (VAT included), the Client will be able to download the image in JPEG format of 1024 px.
Ortegal Máxico will provide the buyer with a PDF file (via email) with the rights of personal use of the downloaded image, which must always be kept.
2. Permitted Use:
The Customer may use the image for personal purposes only, including postings on personal blogs and social networks.
Use of our images is subject to acceptance of our TERMS & CONDITIONS of use of our images. Read more here.
This licence does not grant the Client the right to distribute and/or sell prints of the image, nor does it grant the Client the right to commercial use, nor does it obtain any exclusivity over the image purchased.
3. Copyright:
The copyright of the image remains with the author. This licence does not transfer ownership of the copyright to the Client.
Commercial Use on Digital Platforms License.
Use our images in digital ads to create a visual impact that engages your audience. This use is for advertising and promotional purposes only, but does not include rights for distribution and/or sale of prints.
Price: €3 (VAT included) per image:

After confirmation of the payment of 3 € (VAT included), the Client will be able to download the image in JPEG format of 1024 px (0,8MB Approx.).
Ortegal Máxico will provide the buyer with a PDF file (via email) with the Licence for Commercial Use on Digital Platforms of the downloaded image, which must always be kept.
2. Permitted Use:
The Customer may use the image on its online platforms and for digital advertising purposes only.
Use of the images is subject to acceptance of our TERMS & CONDITIONS. Read more here.
This licence does not grant the Client the right to distribute and/or sell prints of the image, nor does it obtain exclusivity over the image purchased.

Medium Format Prints License.
For those who need medium size images (2500 px) for printing and distribution in postcards, posters, souvenirs, decoration, etc., our photographs of Ortegal and Ferrolterra are the perfect choice. This licence includes the rights for the printing, distribution and sale of our images, as well as their use for advertising purposes in any medium or visual platform.
Price: 29 € (VAT included) per image:
1. Download and Rights:
After confirmation of the payment of 29 € (VAT included), the Client will be able to download the image in JPEG format of 2500 px. (4MB Approx.).
Ortegal Máxico will provide the buyer with a PDF file (via email) with the Medium Format Prints Licence of the downloaded image, which must be kept at all times.
2. Permitted Use:
The Customer may use the image for printing and distribution on postcards, posters, souvenirs and decorative products.
The Client may also use the image on its online platforms and for digital and print advertising purposes.

This licence includes the rights for the printing, distribution and sale of our images, as well as their use for advertising purposes in any medium or visual platform.
Price: 59 € (VAT included) per image:
1. Download and Rights:
After confirmation of payment of 59 € (VAT included), the Client will be able to download the image in JPEG format of 6700 px.
Ortegal Máxico will provide the buyer with a PDF file (via email) with the Large Format Printing Licence of the downloaded image, which must be kept at all times.
2. Permitted Use:
The Customer may use the image for printing and distribution on postcards, posters, souvenirs and other decorative products.
The Client may also use the image on its online platforms and for digital and print advertising purposes.

Ortegal Máxico will provide the client with an exclusive link to download the image in high resolution JPEG format (4500 px).
Additionally, we will send an Exclusive Licence certificate in PDF format via email, which details the rights acquired. This document must be kept as legal support.
2. Permitted Use
With this licence, the client obtains all exclusive rights to the image, including:
Commercial and advertising use: In brochures, print or digital advertisements, promotional campaigns and corporate material.
Use in printed products and distribution: Postcards, posters, souvenirs, decoration and any other marketable material.
